  • Payment methods include credit cards (Visa, American Express, Discover, MasterCard), debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

    If you have a PPO insurance with out-of-network coverage, we provide Superbills you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement depending on your plan. See the Superbill question below for more Information.

  • I wish to provide high quality care to all who seek it. Thus, I offer sliding scale rates on a case-by-case basis. There are limited slots but please do not hesitate to discuss this with me during the phone consultation!

  • At the start, meeting weekly for at least three sessions is ideal. This is because the first meeting, aka the “intake,” involves reviewing policies and just getting to know your therapist. Having two more sessions after the intake allows for you gain a better idea of whether it’s a good fit.

    However, if weekly sessions are not feasible, it’s possible to space sessions out. This is something you and your therapist can plan for together.

  • It depends. There are pros and cons to each. I recommend trying both formats at least once if possible. Of course, life can get very busy, and transportation is an additional cost. Thus, virtual may be the only option for people. The good news is, this has been reported by many of my clients to be as effective as in-person!

    However, if you are in or near West LA or Encino, I say let’s try and meet in person at least once! Getting out of your normal space might help with the therapeutic process…

  • After paying for your sessions, you will be provided with a Superbill at the end of each month. This includes number of sessions, total paid, and a diagnosis. You can then this Superbill to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

    If you are unsure about your out-of-network benefits, here are some questions you can ask your insurance provider:

    • Does my insurance cover out-of-network providers?

    • Does my plan impose a limit on the number of sessions per year?

    • What percentage or amount per session will my plan cover?

    • Do I need a referral from a physician before I can receive reimbursement for therapy?

    • Are these CPT codes covered: 90837 (for individual therapy) and 90847 (for couples therapy)?

  • WEST LA LOCATION: There is free and metered parking along Sawtelle Blvd, Missouri, Corinth, and Purdue streets. Be mindful of the parking restrictions as some sections are permit only, and there are street sweeping days.

    The building garage is open from 7am to 7pm, and the entrance is located on Missouri. It is free when entering the garage after 4pm. You will need to get a validation ticket from the lounge to get the free time. To use the validation, first insert your parking ticket and then the validation. Before 4pm the price is $2.75 per 15 minutes with a $22 daily maximum.

    STUDIO CITY LOCATION: There are plenty of metered spots along Ventura and free spots on the side streets.

    Hourly parking is available through the garage entrance on Ventura Blvd. There discounted rate for clients for $4 per 70 minutes. You will receive a ticket from the parking attendant upon entering the garage. Please stamp your ticket on the way out of the office (stamp will be found next to the iPad check-in in reception) in order to receive the $4 rate. Parking attendant currently only accepts cash.

    ENCINO LOCATION: Building parking is available 24/7 in the garage off of Ventura Blvd. Visitor parking is $8 per hour.

    There are 2 hour metered spots outside the building along Ventura. These are available 9am-3:30pm on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday. There are also plenty of free 2 hour spots on Rubio Ave, north of Ventura.
